How the List Began

Fair Food Book For years, many organizations have been hard at work, quietly redesigning our food system to be more fair, healthy and sustainable. Fair Food Network’s founder and President Oran Hesterman, has assembled a list of those leading the way in his new book Fair Food. In the expanded online version of the Fair Food List, you will find opportunities to move beyond a conscious consumer to become one of many “solutionaries” who are changing the way we grow, access and share food.
